Innovative Workshop Module

Generate new or modify an existing MRM framework interactively in „no time“. This includes specifying stakeholder roles, defining lifecycles or adjusting existing workflows for specific model categories – all without any coding!

The graphical editor for all elements of a MRM framework has been developed from scratch exclusively for this module.

Short iteration cycles

Workshop approach collects and immediately implements user feedback allowing for

  • rapid start that produces first version of fully functioning MRM framework including policy and life cycle management with 4-6 weeks,
  • evolutionary improvement of initial MRM governance framework anytime with gradual refinements and/or extensions, and

Consistency by design

All elements edited within the workshop module are automatically propagated to update policies and workflows. So in case new roles have been introduced or tasks been reassigned, these are automatically reflected in both, guidelines and workflows.
